2. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

All quotes and estimates provided via our website, email, or over the phone are approximate and subject to change pending an in-person site inspection.
Final pricing will be detailed in a formal written proposal or contract prior to the commencement of any work.
Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Site Preparation and Client Responsibilities

Prior to the scheduled installation date, the client is responsible for:

Removing all vehicles, equipment, furniture, and personal items from the work area.
Providing adequate access to the site, including electrical power and lighting, necessary to perform the work.
Ensuring the work area remains free of foot traffic, pets, and unauthorized personnel during the installation and curing process.

Maple Coating Systems is not liable for damage to items left in the workspace or for delays caused by the site not being properly prepared.

4. Workmanship and Warranties

We pride ourselves on professional installation and high-quality materials. Specific warranties covering peeling, blistering, and delamination vary by the type of system installed (residential, commercial, or industrial) and will be provided to you in a written warranty document upon completion of the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maple Coating Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Maple Coating Systems or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Governing Law
